A hotel that is big like an apartment. But can see it is dated, maybe since before covid but only start to pickup after covid. Looks liek those condo convert into a hotel. Room comes with things to cook a meal but sadly no washing machine. Got stove and microwave. If got washing machine, will be perfect Service is ok la, take key go home fast at 4pm. Amenities got pool and gymmy. Nice view at top. Break fast is crowded. Many hog the seat and until like tomorrow even at 10plus. Suggest go early to eat. Food is nice but the kitchen cannot take it, food slow to top up and see stacks of dishes not cleaned. This is an area to improvement. For price I pay, no complaints. Room big clean, breakfast fill stomach.

酒店位置在公主港，方便乘船遊覽，日落景色尚可，太陽被建築物遮掩了，只看到晚霞。35至45馬幣便可以乘船遊覽30至45分鐘，性價比高。房間一般，電視太小了，令人不想看，十分失望。早餐食物款色少，不好吃，有些不太新鮮，不吃也罷，應該改善一下。

房間很寬敞，床很舒服，有小廚房和冰箱。樓頂無邊泳池風景相當漂亮。硬件和衞生都可以，價格比樂高樂園附近低，就是周邊沒啥吃點，建議在樂高樂園附近或者城中心解決。性價比不錯。

Great for Quiet Getaway Weekend Stay - The Room is Spacious with Pantry Counter Top! The building and room interior may look aged but very well kept and maintained - clean and comfortable bed furnishing. Love the Shower Head with exvellent water pressure! Hotel Group is generous with Good Quality Electrical Appliances, Bathroom Fixtures & Fittings! Enjoy great breakfast at the Open Air Cafe! Beautiful & Serene view of the waterway from the swiming pool deck! Probably Great Sunset view!

Solo biker who intends to stay long term for weekends. I've been staying for a year in this hotel, which is top of its class offering exclusive quiet location, friendly service and absolutely enormous rooms. The experience is more like renting an apt rather than just the bed and shower. I've had no complaints with the facilities, happy to see the gym air con is fixed and there are brand new Prism smart TVs in each room you can screen share mobile devices to. A unique choice of TV not commonly seen at this price range.

Nestled in the quiet yet upscale Puteri Harbour vicinity, Trinidad Suites is a value-for-money option for a 4-star hotel stay. Notably the Receptionist was very pleasant & helpful, giving us a warm welcome and wishing us a nice stay. Only stayed for 1 night, but will definitely return for another longer stay, to use the swimming pool overlooking the Marina, or the gym. More like a service apartment! Booked a 55m2 room comes with a kitchenette & a separate living area, with big screen Smart TVs in both living area and bedroom. Decent spread for breakfast at Kembali on the Penthouse level, with acceptable quality of food. There’s a 24hr Indian eatery just 100m across from the hotel entrance, just in case. Overall a good choice if you have a car to access Puteri Harbour area. The hotel is a few km away from Medini & Eco Botanic.

Things I like: 1. TV comes with Netflix account (rare) 2. Spacious space, kitchen, sofa is available. 3. Overall design is ok, not bad 4. Has direct access to puteri harbour front view 5. Free guarded carpark Things I don't like: 1. The soundproof is bad, I mean really bad for such standalone suites/hotel, the road construction outside is clearly heard and annoying, the next room's sound can be clearly heard during quiet midnight. 2. It's a bit too quiet or silent, doesn't have the happening vibe like some other hotels. 3. Lift has free access to every floor, which means non-customer can easily enter your room floor and given that soundproof is bad, it adds more scary intensity 4. Breakfast options is understably limited at its cost, tastenes wise is moderate, the restaurant has fking crow because it's open concept, the crow keep staring and waiting for its chance to take table's food so it's a bit turned off experience Overall is still a good hotel to stay relative to its price, if I happen to be in puteri habour I will consider to come back again.

Cleanliness needs to be improved especially when housekeeping team does the cleaning process and pieces of paper are found on floor surface. Breakfast spread is quite disappointing due to limited choices and catering more towards Indian flavour. However the saviour is the egg counter and seating capacity is also limited. The plus point of staying in this hotel is the size of the room with basic amenities of a studio apartment minus the washing machine and walking distance to some food outlets.

Hotel was acceptable. But need to improve more. I need to carry all my belongings one by one due to no cart until 3rd floor. Hair dryer at my room was broken. Hot water was GOOD. Not sure why during booking, my filter was with breakfast included. After check out, no breakfast. I need to add on by myself. So the price after add breakfast was considered quite expensive. Overall rating was 6/10 stars. Hope can improve more
